I'm an NASM certified personal trainer with a degree in Exercise and Sports science. I've gotten so much help from you guys I feel like I should give a little back in something I actually know a great deal about. So if you have questions on bodybuilding, weightlifting, or athletics ask away.
Steroids... I don't condone their use, but it works. Next question. Also you'll gain weight eating and not doing anything, it won't be good weight...... but you'll gain it.
I suggest heavy weight low - mid range reps. A routine with a set rep scheme like these will be suited to muscle gain. 4 sets of 6 reps per exercise 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps per exercise The weights you use here will range from 65% - 85% of your one rep max, hope that helps.
I suggest with the rep scheme above you use 4 - 3 exercises per major muscle ground and 2 - 3 exercises for the smaller muscle groups.
How much do you make per hour from your clients? Are you happy with the pay your occupation provides?
You obviously know nothing about Cardio. PS, to the op, this is more like a trivia question, which are the three best weights training exercises? IT
