Would you make more with a Website or a Forum?

Lets say there was a website with 50,000 views a day compared to a forum with 50,000 views a day. Both are on the same subject. Using ads, which one is more likely to make more?

 

Um. I would think a Forum. Forums are more of a People thing you would do on the internet.

 

I think the website will do better. Forum users are blind to ads.

 

Website, clearly. With forums you are getting a lot of repeat visitors who probably would not pay attention to the ads.

 

Website because you would be continually attracting new visitors. I would guess forum users are blind to ads as mentioned above.

I'd say a website seems to make more money.

 

I think website is more likely to make more. Since forum people are more oriented to forum than clicking ads.

 

I agree, majority of the CPM networks don't allow forums unless it is attached to a website, you can guess the reason.

 

I voted for website, because people get used to the place they visit everyday. Website is different from forum at this point)
