    I think it will act like a site map to 10-20 pages..I personally think you will not get much help... Try to link back to your regular sitemap........

    Well.....there's no need to build inbound links for RSS feed of your site its useless, but submitting your RSS feed to relevant RSS directories really help your site in indexing as well as in getting more traffic.
