My two kittens had a hard time understanding what was going on the first time they met the rain...lol one ran straight back in, the other started looking up (he - the one in my pic - now loves the rain, seems to like to play in the coal bunker too...always comes in with a black belly lol)
I remembered my golden Persian cat, that guy loves rain and water, everytime there is a run he will be out there soaking in the mud puddles, and when he is back, you won't recognize him. Need to give him a real scrub down. Cats, especially Persian cats can really be wild.
Some cats are weird sometimes. They act human when it comes to life things. On the whole cats hate the water but rain is different for some reason. They love it.
Not Persian cats I guess, my Siamese hates water, does not even allow you to bath her, she will just groom herself. And also weird temper, when she is friendly she comes to you, when she feels that she wants to be alone, she will scratch anyone coming nearby....... Different types of cats have different temperaments.
Siamese are like a different animal entirely everyone I have ever met acts that same exact way. Almost the upper crust of cats if you will.
Great that you notice that too! I thought I am the only one, I don't want to be accused of being racially biased against Siamese They are very elegant guys but they do have a temper.
I agree with this. But I think all cats have different temperaments really. I've had a few different types of cats in my life, but mostly British short hair's, they seem to be the ones people give away for free when I look for a kitten. At the moment I have 2 tabby shorthairs and one ginger one, all of them are so different to each other in their own ways.
