Fair play IMO. A man can get put away for just touching a woman, no reason it shouldn't be the same the other way around...

 

This seems to be one of the main reasons the court has decided to go against the woman.

 

Personally it's been a little while since I was 13, but I know that I was intelligent enough to make my own decisions. So I feel that if at 13 he wants to throw it all away to be a father, then fine... at least he has a grown adult to help him along the way. It's obviously consentual, so I have no issues with it from an ethical standpoint... I just think it comes down to parents being better parents.
