The design is custome coded one. BIN not yet set. i will add the bin. but i would like to sell this site very quick.

You can move the site to any server. see the Server Requirements i already provided. space and bandwidth depends on your site traffic.

currently the site runs with 1GB space and 20GB Bandwidth,

Why you all want to buy this site from this guy, if u get the same free of cost. he also brought it free from www.inclick.net there are lot of options, and its just one time $25 fees, after than whatever month income generates from advertisers, inclick people will take 5-15%. Its on lease, there are other options too, where there is only one time fees and no sharing basis. For the latest software, visit there site, install in on your server, and first check whether it runs on ur server or not because it needs lot of things like Apache 2 , php4, mcrypt, gp support, zend optimizer and much more, if u don't have its waste. so install it on our server for 14 day free trial. You won't get the source code, however u can get in enterprise edition, moreover u can change the layout of the site using css, header footer...

site has been designed well, but it has a very bad ranking and no traffic at all, check out at www.alexa.com. Also in google search listing, u find on 5 listings, how can we expect he is having any publisher or advertiser. I don't think, if he's having why he is selling, don't say i can't maintain the site, because once its created, its automatically maintained over the server...
