You might want to push the adsense box up on the right side bar. May be place it just below the search box. Basically, make the ads visible without having the surfer to scroll your webpage. By the way, what is that foxytunes link in your post? Trying to link spam?

I would add a half banner above the first post and maybe a link unit to put at the bottom of your header (beside 'about' link)
