No, if you link to sites that are already crawled by Google then your site will be crawled and indexed next. Sample is the sigs on the forum. Since forum is crawled often it will surely indexed your site ASAP.
Adword will not index faster. Normally google will index any new site within 2 weeks some time its take 1 month. My site indexed on feb 12 . Until now not indexed. may within 1 week will index again.
Adwords doesn't, but the Google Media Bot for AdSense does help the Googlebot find new pages to crawl, but doesn't actually increase the chance of indexing\crawling.
I agree... doesn't make a difference. I actually notice a drop in search traffic when running adsense.
Remove your doubt dear, Adwords is not useful in indexing but it will definitely help you in bringing huge traffic only when you are expert of using adwords other wise you will loose loose and loose. Every technique has its own important either adwords or adsense, the only thing is you know how to play with it that's solve.
The fastest way to index your site is to link to it from a high PR website. Try to submit your website to free high PR website directories, post in forums like this one with your signiture. you can also have an acount with google and they have a very helpful webmasters tools.
try Digg or other social bookmarking with high PR or just Ping your site.... some just only took a half hour....
