check copyscape - its not a unique site by any means - I don't think any of these are..... That site in particular has dupes that are even using the same graphics.

 

Like it says in the description, the sites are all made using modified plr material purchased from plrpro. There are bound to be a few somewhat similar pages floating around, as I didn't do complete rewrites.
