I have to say... I strongly disagree with you on that point. I had some issues with my account and everything. And TBH, everything was sorted out in the most professional manner. All issues were cleared, and everything went great. My experience with them, so far, has been nothing less than satisfactory
How long you've been using Moneybookers??? At start I got problems with my account (couple of times) and they sorted it out real quick but after that I got some troubles with them. And they were taking too much time before responding and they end up closing my account without any solid reason. Anyways I hope they work best for other users and don't act like StormPay.com
I use Moneybookers a lot and, to be fair, they have been very good. Always answered any queries very quickly and helpfully. I hope this isn't going to change. I haven't read the whole thread but i can't believe that they would close an account for no reason. Surely they are losing business as well.
Almost 6 months now Moreover, the payment you sent me.. was never reversed... I guess they reversed specific payments.
Not a financial institution, it's just like Paypal. They hide behind their TOS and scam users...as soon as you have enough money in PP or MB or you have "suspicious" activity going on then you will be limited.
If you are so sure that u didn't violated any terms n /or that they don't have proof for that, then just ail them n make it clear that if they don't open ur ac or provide any satisfactory reason for its termination, u will take a legal action again them. give them dead line of 10 days n c - i bet they will respond. As i see it, most of the time we don't know the right way. Its pointless opening a thread here n taking out ur frustration. Nothing is gona change due to this thread. Just mail them n make that aware that u r seriously planing legal action against them. No one can close ac just like that... thats illegal, and is considered as fraud.. add the mental stress that u got n a million dollar case is in front of u ... no kidding serious ... just mail them n c the response Cheers!

I did push them to give me a satisfactory reason and they replied that according to their terms and conditions they didn't have to give me any reason.
I wish you the best of luck restoring it. I am also a MB user for 2 years now and I have had not bad experience with them. It is said that they have a bad customer service but I experienced the opposite. I hope they won't close my account one day. Thank you for sharing this with us. I will keep as less money as possible in my account from now on.
I have to also say that it depends. I have talked to many people that are happy with MB. And before my experience i have been a very happy MB customer as well. But the fact remains that i was robbed and i'm not the only one. Ever since my experience i have talked to over 25 people from Romania and Bulgaria alone that have had a similar experience to mine or ever worse. The worse case i have heard of is a sports bettor from Romania that used MB from transactions with different online bookmakers and the deposit and withdraws were cheaper and that is why they used them. But one day we had his account blocked with 4500 euros in it. Eventually he recovered the money, but only after 6 months, which is an unacceptable time frame in my opinion.
