Do any of the publishers make pre-made landing pages for the affiliates? Not hosted, but just put into a zip file and ready to go. I am developing a new eBook for CB - would that be a good idea to win over affiliates?
Yes. from experience I know of beginners-intermediate marketers choosing lower gravity products because the affiliate resources had a lot more quality. Squeeze Page, Landing pages, ads, keywords, prewritten emails etc.. the whole package!

Yes, I love what they did with their affiliate resource, it's publishers like these that really help the affiliates out. But sadly, these are few and far between...
Agreed, publishers should really take note of this if they expect their affiliates to have an easy time converting and setting up campaigns... Nice responses everybody. I think that I will be .zipping the landing page and pixtures to let affiliates just copy the landing page to avoid QS issues with Adwords. Also to let them get their own domain. Also some niche banners to put up on certain types of sites. I am not an expert on email marketing nor adwords, so maybe when I am finished I can commission someone to make up some copy as well for this. This product is going to be incredible and will convert for anybody who has online shopping traffic give me a few weeks and we can get ready to go.

Making premade stuff for affiliates is great. Making scammy crap products like top secret fat loss secret is not so great.
