I am willing to make you a 100% unique content website on the topic of your choice.

I will hand type the articles from scratch, in good grammer and english (which is my first and only language), as i live in the UK.

The website will be on any topic of your choosing, and i will research and write the number and length of articles your require.

I dont have any examples at present, im sorry.

What about the design? Do you create this as well or use templates?

You would need to do keyword research, choose or design a template, write the articles, choose or create the graphics, and put it all together.

what part of it would you like to be automated and in what way?

 

Are the sites to be dynamic with a database, or will they be static sites with only the content added by you?

 

static content to keep the sites simple for the buyer, along with a template to make it easy to make your own articles.

I can if need be use server side includes for navigation and banners etc, in order to be able to edit the menu and banners from just one location, and have it show up on all the pages.

Sounds good will, if you could PM me a specification detailing how you would like the site to look, which template, and the final headings for each of the articles, and we can proceed from there.

What's your experience? Have you build websites before? Any samples of your previous sites that you have build be it yours or others?

 

sure if its cool with will for you guys to see by all means. It may take around 5 days to complete, as i dont do rush jobs.

I have made several websites before, and sold them on.

This site is not complete, http://quiteproxy.net/, but it gives you an idea. I have also built http://www.quite-shirty.co.uk, however the new owner changed the bottom half of the site, so just take a look at the header and top nav which i designed.

Sounds good. I appreciate the fact that i have no itrader, so will not ask for 100% payment upfront, but would it be possible to have 50% payment now, and the rest on completion, once your satisfied?

I pay on completion. This makes sense, because I am getting something and the seller is getting something.

If I pay in advance, the seller gets something -- and then usually disappears!

This is nothing personal, it just how you have to do business here at DP.

 

well i promise im not going anywhere, but il make an exception, you have a very high itrader, and impressive post count. Il start work, but it may take around 5-7 days because as i said earlier, this will be a quality job.
