I don't know of any free affiliate software, but if you could use something that works like ClickBank but without the fees you could check out Click 2 Sell. See 2nd link in my signature.
if you are looking affiliate tracking software there isn't much offer. You can try free affiliate post software or you can buy affiliate pro that is only 49$.

I think idevaffiliate can.. or, why not use whmcs coz it have built in affiliate program & management..
Any hosting will do, just look for the best free affiliate software first, just what im doing if this program works good i'll upgrade and proceed to payable software.
Why do you want free affiliate software, surely it's hard enough getting affiliates as it is with paid software than using free software where they can clearly see it. It will make them think that if you are using free software then what will you be like at paying your affiliates.
