just because someone is elling a warez site or has no itrader doesn't mean they are scammers, please don't tar everyone with the same brush, ppl with with 0 itrader won't get anywhere if you keep telling ppl to not deal with them..you guys where new once...just remember that

Well, I happened to come across this thread only today, after noticing that Luke (iXenNet) had PM'ed me on the File4Ever forum. I had contacted the seller about a couple of weeks ago, and he said that the site was still available. I transferred $650 to him, and he transferred the domain and sent all the details over to me, he definitely did not seem to be a scammer, but its very sad to know that he has indeed disappeared with $300. I have been trying to contact him but he hasn't replied to me as well.

Luke, as I mentioned in the PM, try filing a Paypal dispute, and a negative itrader if possible.

After receiving my refund, they have now issued a dispute, this is what they say:

"we make a deal first that the website which is www.file4ever.org will be sold to luke and he send me payment . But after 7 days he said he did not want that website and its not my problem we have deal . unfortunately my co-partner send him payment back which is not his money its my money . i want my money back because we have already deal and if he goes away from deal thats his problem not mine. so refunf me money as soon as possible. regards."

Dickheads need to wake up to themselves. They can't continue the deal if they already sold the site to ProxyEffect. This retard needs to 1. learn some english & 2. grow a brain. Don't deal with this seller!

 

I don't know what is the problem. I sent you your money back. When i read your thread i tried to login to paypal but was unable to do so because the pass has changed. But when i will login to paypal i will surely take the case back if there is any. Sorry for all the trouble.

 

I think your partner has turned against you and has stolen the account. I expect the case to be cancelled soon or I won't be happy. Can you please go on msn.
