Anyone having problems with msn? I cant even open the main screen, and one of my friends cant talk to people and it just exits, a few other people i know are having some problems as well. I think it could be because i updated it to 8.5? but it was stuck when i had 8.0 as well.
Weird, I got a problem too... This happens since 2 days ago still doesn't work... Here is error message: Weird because I never even type in my pass, I have remember me + remember pass on.
Try restarting your computer, if you're behind a router unplug it for 20 seconds and also open msn's ports. Also check if you're behind a firewall.
I restarted my computer several times, it doesn't work, and can you tell me how exactly I would open msn's ports? I never changed anything... it just stopped like working.
yep, am getting occational troubleshot dialog box, i though it's my internet connection's fault, but only happening to msn messanger!
just got MSN updated yesterday when i went to login, let it up and everything...noting wrong here... as for the port opening...you need to go to your control panel and choose Windows Firewall. go the exceptions tab and in the middle it has Add program, Add port, edit, delete... you will want to go to add program, it will open a list....in that list you check to see if MSN messenger is there...if its not then you will need to click the browse button and go in to your local C drive and then into programs and find it that way to add it manually.... once you have done that, it should allow you sign into MSN messenger...if it doesn't then you might want to let MSN know that you can't access MSN messenger and want tech support...
@jkrish41 why did you mask your password with pink color, it is masked with **** I don't have any problems, working all okay
I knowww its masked, but 1. I like pink and 2. I don't want anyone seeing the length of my password, I am just like being superrrrr safe
