How much to sell a 3 month old website for that is making $1500 / month?

I am starting to wonder, because I have been receiving offers of around $3400 and highest offer of $4000.00 for a site of mine. Are these on par for a website making this much a month? Advice appreciated!

Well if its a stable website then it should get around 3 - 5 months revenue...

 

Since it's just a couple of months old, traffic might not be stable..you must establish PR yet...

15;20k is more real but why to sell such a gold mind

 

what kind of site is it? How are you getting traffic? organic or PPC or some other for of advertising?

No way I will sell this site if it is making $1500/month if I am in emergency situation... This site would give you more and more $$$ as soon as it's aging and gaining more subscribers..
