    I may understand you badly. If you have a verified personal PayPal account then you can withdraw the funds to a bank account, but this feature is not available in all countries.

    Well, like Calum said, it all depends on which country you are from and not whether it is a personal, premier or business account that you have that matters.

    You can check what you can do using this https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-country-functionality-outside . Just use the dropdown box and select your country and wait a while and what you can do would be listed in there.

    Technically speaking, a personal account is not supposed to be used for sales and thus under normal circumstances, you should not have any balance on it.

    you can withdraw it if paypal supports bank transfer in your country.

    @eddy2099,
    may i know why?a personal account can have a balance for various reasons.
    balance doesn't necessarily comes as a result of sales.

    Yes, like I said, 'under normal circumstances', however there is nothing stopping your friends from sending you money to pay for last night drinks or something. You can even receive Mass Pay from affiliates on your personal account too.

    Yes, sure. You can withdraw through your bank in the paypal limit. If you want to reach more, you must upgrade your account type to premier or business account.

    Like I said before, you will need to use the country profile page which I posted the URL earlier to see if your country is listed as one which can withdraw payments. If it is supported then you can withdraw, one withdrawal is only to bank account, some to credit or debit card while others only to US bank account. For most of the countries supported by Paypal are Send Only countries which means that they cannot receive and thus cannot withdraw anything.

    So without knowing your country name, we cannot use a blanket answer to include or exclude you.

    Every account can withdraw funds. Though, if you have business account, the name off bank account/Cheque would be same as on your file. i.e. if you have business account with name XXXX INC, then you cannot withdraw funds in your name. Normally, I prefer withdrawing under my personal account.
