You will need to check with your bank in regards to that. Typically the time frame is 180 days from the time of the transaction but it would vary from bank to bank.
Credit Card/Debit Card charges are liable for chargebacks for 6 months... usually in most chargeback situations, the customer wins because the merchant is hit with a fee no matter what, unless they pay for a service called "chargeback protection". Charge it back before they tighten up the rules on it

the trust of chargeback is that a chargeback can be done even after 1 year but only under special conditions.... but it is possible to chargeback even after 1 year.... and there is nothing paypal can do to stop a chargeback... its like take the money by force....
