I am considering starting a site that would review the best online smoke shops and products. If I am not physically selling the products, only refering people to the sites, do I need to worry about any legal issues? Thanks Guys.
Check with your state laws, but as long as the links you have are not affiliate links and you are not selling the products yourself, I don't think there is anything illegal about it.
I can legall sell tobacco products here, there are smoke shops galore in Phoenix. Who should I contact to find out if this is legal?
