Hello guys, Could we predict the adsense earning of a site from its daily unique visits? Is there any average earning from adsense, like $50 USD/1000 unique visits/day? I know a website, 15,000 unique visits a day, about 450,000 visits a month. I'm just curious how much he can earn.
Depends on both niche and site style. MFA, High-paying niche An all-out MFA, with every space monetized and in a good niche, site can hit around 40+ eCPM from automated ads alone. This can be increased by adding targeted clickbank products and other manual monetization methods. When you hit 2-3% conversation rate on a good product, meaning 25/1000 buy a product, you hit an effective 800+ eCPM.But this is an Adsense forum, so we are sticking to the content+CPC/CPM ads model. But generally, $600+ a day. (not the 15k$ a day you would get if you were running a real ecommerce site) Well monetized, Regular niche Operating at 6-10 eCPM, At 15,000 uniques a day, the site probably closes at around ~130$ a day. A normal content site with decent monetization 1 -3 eCPM. This is not a useless MFA site, and you will probably get more page views and less ad clicks. But 4 PageView per unique visitor often compensate for the low clickthrough, and CPM ads get more air. ~40-90$ a day Forum/Community site or Low Paying Niche 0.10-45 eCPM. Even a 15k Uniques/day a site can bring in just 5$ a day. Forum and community sites that have a high % of returning visitors with almost total ad-blindness are common, and monetizing such sites is a difficult and complex task. Very often, you need to monetize your new visitors, and just depend on your current user base for landing page generation These are not rock-solid numbers, and the Internet is full of anomalies and completely different monetization models, but I hope this helps.
Like babyboy and computerjew mentioned - it depends on several factor. - If you have 1% CTR (here's some tips to improve your click through rate) - You keywords pay you .15 per click - If 15,000 visits means 30,000 impressions (assuming average 2 pageloads per visitor) Then your earnings could be: 30,000 impressions x 0.01 x 0.15$ = $45 per day If you manage to increase the CTR to 3%, that would mean $135 day It depends soooo much what your site is all about and what type of visitors there are.

I have a site with 15,000 daily uniques, it makes $20-$30 per day. It's a low paying niche, obviously.
It depends on many hings but he can earn like 50$ for sure even 100$ But it's all about niche and where traffic comes from
I think it depend on where the traffic come from ! for example socialbookmark traffic don't convert well. I get some days 10.000 UV with SB traffic and i only earn 5-10$ and some days only SEO traffic, not more than 1000 UV and i earn from 15 - 30$ Nice post Jew. Rep + Added.
I've been wondering about what the ballpark figures are, too, so thanks for the post, Computer(Jew). I would be happy to see anything but $0.00, so it all sounds good to me. I'm still in AdSense kindergarten. Maybe pre-kindergarten.
And this depends on if anybody clicks. You can't determine the amount of money a site will make. The traffic for this site is fantastic!
I would say the 3 major deciding factors are: - the topic of your site. - the click through rate. - the amount of impressions per visit. If you want some real numbers then for an online games site with 1.7% ctr and 4 impressions per person I would make $90 a day. For an ebay tips site with 5% ctr and just 1.7 impressions per visitor I would make something like $500 a day. These are figures based on my experiance with these topics. You should talk to people who own sites with adsense within your niche.
