What do you mean? Do you actually have some experience with them, or just blowing out your butt? Host Papa is not that big, and they have undersold rather than oversold from I can see. Most accounts, like mine, are only using a fraction of the alloted resources, which were 1700/17000 when I signed up, but have since gone unlimited. I have no doubt that they can offer this in confidence, as the TOS does ban resource-intensive applications. You can offer unlimited if you only permit ordinary websites, knowing that only a fraction of them will ever become problematic. They have a generous plan, but I have yet to see a single bad review, other than a few related to a blown server a few months ago, which has been replaced. If you've hosted with HP or have experience with someone who has, you are welcome to share what you know...but I have never seen anything but positive and impartial reviews, and my experience is brief but entirely positive. Please support your comment or withdraw it.
It means that they are massively providing what they can't give - And when you reach a certain amount of resources that they can't give (Normally a small % of the resources you're supposed to have), they ban you for no real reason. You chose a bad host there - Overselling, and not popular. NOBODY can give Unlimited Resources, its just not possible.
I take this as an ignorant opinion, since you haven't shared your experience. You are maligning a host without anything but your preconceived ideas to support your statement. Do your research. They have unmatched reviews, and as I've said, I have not seen a single complaint about suspensions. I have been scouring the forums for bad reviews and have not seen one other than the downtime episode in February. I have not seen other hosts which can say this. Usually people bitch loudly about suspensions. On the contrary, I have had extraordinary customer service. Since I don't violate the TOS by using a lot of resources, I doubt they'll think I'm using too much.
