I have a problem with it so I can't transfer my website on it, but he doesn't answer to my ticket requests...

I originally posted that Vial Chauhan the owner of hostingspace4u.com and many other rip off sites had nothing to do with my hosting company. I then edited my post to say that I had no problem with him because he threatened to remove my account.

I met viral whilst searching for some space, I suggested he integrate his WHMCS into his site to make it look professional. I DID THIS FOR HIM and he gave me a discount for the Alpha Master Reseller Package. He has since stolen my icons for use on his other sites! This sucks!

WOOHOO I have taken the plunge and purchased a dedicated server. My site now has a Dedi IP and my customers have theirs. There is no more rubbish illegal sites associated with my professional service.

I would never list contact details or act personally in posts however it seems that this post is about an individual because of so many sites doing the same thing run by that individual.

I respect that this post may be in the wrong place but sadly this is where the thread has lead, this is not a personal attack on this individual this is just a warning to those considering hosting with any of his sites. I have taken the issue up personally with this guy, this post is merely intended to substantiate my previous post - please don't remove it!

there is no support included with vps we install only control panel & you have to manage it , you can check the order page there is nothing written about support. What mean by a vps ? If you do not know how to maintain a server then why do you purchase it & blaim someone later. You can purchased shared hosting if you need 24 x 7 support, & you can't expect 24 x 7 support in 9.99 vps only.
