Obviously, Google's own policy would be adsense-compliant, so why not use their Policy as a starting point and make the appropriate tweaks from it?

It's much to heavy, you don't want to scare away your visitors.

Especially if you run a smaller "unknown" site, something like that would be like.. WHATTT? To the user...

    I totally agree with FanAddict.
    Sometimes less is best.

Once again, I am reminded of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer's phone number is confused with the phone number of Moviephone, and he decides to provide his own service. When confused, he blurts out, "Why don't you just tell me the name of the movie you want to see?" I laughed like he||. http://www.seinfeldscripts.com/ThePoolGuy.html

Google, why don't you just TELL US the words you would like to see? The only reason I can think of is, they want us to shoulder any resultant liability, not them. Any other reason? It would be so easy to do, and it would end all the continuing speculation about what is acceptable and what is not.

Am I supposed to explain my visitors everything about AdSense?
Should I make a sticky post saying: "By clicking on the spammy links on your left, I get paid a few cents"
or maybe: "They will track you and spam you with related ads".

That will get you banned, you are not suppose to draw attention to the Adsense ads.
