I'm trying to watch a few clips on a site that uses camtasio or something.

It says I need to have enabled javascript in my browser and have the latest version of flash.

I have enabled java and followed the link provided to download flash, the "installation complete" video comes on so I assume I have it working.

However, when I go to view the video again it says the exact same, I've tried restarting my laptop and it remains the same.

Has anyone had this issue before or know how to fix it?

    Cheers for any help

    Richard

    i suppose u mean Camtasia.

this only happens in internet explorer, with Flash Player v9.0.16 or earlier.

install flash player v9.0.28 or newer to resolve this problem for the viewer.

The error message will display if the ExpressShow embedded in HTML with the Full Screen option enabled. To prevent this error, in the Flash Options > Controls dialog deselect the Full Screen option when producing ExpressShow embedded in HTML.
