It means "revenue sharing" people don't have to worry about putting adsense link from "only one publisher" at a time.

The biggest change I noticed is, if you owe Google money, on another account type (AdWords) they may withhold payment until it's paid, and that you must have a 'third party cookies' policy included in your sites Privacy Policy, and a method of managing cookies that obvious to visitors.

I just added a simple privacy policy on my blog at http://www.jimkarter.com/privacy

Just tell that, what sort of information you (and your advertisers) collect from your visitors and you will never share it with third party. Thats it.

No need to go any fancy.

Be careful about putting other contextual ads on the same page as Adsense. They still have this restriction, which is kind of vague:

"You agree not to display...any advertisement(s) or content that an end user of Your Property(ies) would reasonably confuse with a Google advertisement or otherwise associate with Google."

Would someone reasonably confuse a Yahoo text ad for a Google text ad? Who knows, it probably depends on how web-savvy they are. I'd want to hear more elaboration from Google on this, since that just sounds vague to me.
