he means what you want to post about? DP have many categories you can post in. If your posts are not spams, related to the section you posted in and you dont break any rules (example selling vcc), then you can start as many posts.
Like I said before read the FAQ section at above link. Yu have to poist that in Buy/Sell/Trade section but there is requirement since you are new on here. After you qualify sell in BST section of "Link Sales" http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=58

I think You can not post a thread in Buy/sell/trade section untill you post 25 posts. and you should be 14 days older in DP but you just joined yesterday. so you got to wait 13 more days. .. i hope i gave you the correct information. thank you
