I developed this site as my first foray into Web 2.0 programing. It's written in PHP, mySql, and Javascript and is a combination of my code, and public GPL, libraries.

This is a one of a kind script.

I never marketed it so it gets almost No traffic, despite having more than a dozen positive stumbles. and no income.

It is completely database driven, words can be added easily, and ads can be added and removed. You will see there are both magnet ads that can be moved "Writers Remedy" "i40.com" and "Go Daddy" as well as non-movable items like the "Wish you Were here" and "hosting" clipping..

Start: $250
BIN: $1000 - (a lot of coding went into this). BIN price also gets you some custom coding hours. I have ideas for features I never got around to implementing which will help traffic. (all my 'free' time goes into dopedomains these days).

Thanks. and Yes the copyrights also pass. Note, I do not own the copyright for the images of BIG letters used in the title, or on letters.thefirdgepoet.com.. But they are used with permission from the photographer, as long as the attribution remains in place (on the FAQ page).

You can either make it look like you are watching the other person move the letter by animating the move from the old position, to the new position (That would slow down the client, but have no impact on the server at all) or If you wanted to update word position mid move, real time, you could.. but It would quickly trash your server if you ever got any sort of traffic.

I've had several people ask me about this. I went ahead and added it. When someone picks up, and drops a word, the movement is animated (from start, to finish only) on everyone else's screen.

I've also had questions via PM about the back end. There is a backend for adding/removing images, and for adding words. I will post screen shots of the back end (it's not pretty to look at since it is just for site maintenance.) soon.

If the site is purchased for the BIN, I will include 2 years of hosting for it (400mb storage, 10gb transfer, cpanel) on one of my dedicated hosting machines if the winner wishes. If it doesn't hit the BIN price, the winner has an option of hosting it where it is for $49.95/year or moving it where ever they want (php/mySQL).
