I've made about $50 with Amazon this month, and thought I'd try building an astore. But as I played around with it, a few questions came to mind... 1. Do customers get the amazon cookie by just opening my store, or do they have to click on a product? 2. After creating an astore, I noticed the url has my account name in it. Can this be changed? Or does this mean I am limited to one store? 3. Are links back to my webpage "nofollow"? Doesn't matter much, except for keyword purposes. 4. Is it better for seo to put the store in a framed page on my site, or use a forwarded domain, or simply use it as is? Thanks in advance.
I can answer some questions.... the url displayed is what it is, but you can get a url to forward to that and stay constant. It depends on your webhosting/domain registrar. Some people have their astore locked into google somehow with a lot of listings in google cache and search results, and these are stores that are as is. I have found that astore works best as a supplement to an existing blog/website. I have no further answers.....at least not at the moment. Good Luck.
Let me answer your 2nd question. You can add new tracking id and use it for your new astore. This means one tracking id per one astore. Tips: you can use keyword as your tracking id and make it niche as you want.
2nd you cann't delete your astore name or tracking id , if you want new you must add new astore name .
confirm this post. you can add new tracking ids name upto 99ids because -1 ids for register id. ps. you check your tracking id because you can't delete any tracking id. pook
