Hi; i want to buy one decided server and i have found http://www.vrtservers.net/ . their price seems great but how are their service quality? is there anybody who had experience with them? regards
I am not using their service, but from reviews, it seems not a very good choice. What's your requirement?
I just replied to that thread. However, in that topic, you are asking for Germany-based server, but I believe vrtservers is located in the US. Are you interested in US-based servers too?
i'm intrested germany location (or europan servers) and i have found them while i was searching. their price seems so cheap. the equal servers are nearly 50$ expensive. i only want to know the reason of that cheapness regards
I am not sure why, but something I can see are the old hardware and desktop stuff. You can save money by using desktop board. But the performance will be decreased, also you might lost management feature. The difference between a desktop board and server board is hundreds of dollars. You can save money by using the old hardware. But you will face to big chance of failed hardware. Sempron 2.4, Celeron 2.4, P4 etc I used them at least 4 years ago. If I were you, I would go with a high-end VPS with new hardware. It's much better than 4-years old dedicated server. Xen VPS is much the same with dedicated server with your own RAM, swap
NO, They're Stupid.(Vrtservers) They have only 6Hour (in 24H) Support. Don't buy from Them. They Terminate my server from their network and reformat it without any reason. They don't known how to install a windows and Linux. They can't mount a H.d.d in Linux server and.....
