Yes you can, though it will take work to write content and get visitors.

Yes, to both questions. Blogger actually encourages you to sign up with adsense, but I would wait until you have a few dozen pages to do so. Otherwise, you may get rejected as they won't be sure how serious you are about it.

mine is probably a strange scenario, but i got accepted into adsense even though i only had 1 page of content in my Blogger. i signed up with Blogger, put up a page, then forgot about it for 6 months or so. then when i realized i could monetize the blog i applied to adsense and they approved it. weird huh?

Normally it should be simple to register in google adsense from blogspot. I got approved with couple of posts.

so the idea is first open blogger/blogpost account, post some topics and then register for adsence. Is it so?
    Thanks for your guidance pals.

You can sign up for adsense at anytime. Though when you sign up you need some site to get approved so if you have an existing blog, then that will give something for google to approve.

There is enough people in the web world to be interested in anything. If the visitors are interested in a specific thing they will find that specific thing. Make a blog on anything and if you can get traffic, then you can make substantial revenue.

Also I wouldn't mess with Blogger's built in capabilities for adsense, its very limited, you should either insert the adsense code into a template manually or download a template optimized for google adsense.

I've done it, but I wouldn't do it again.
My new outlook is never spend effort building up a site on a domain you don't own.

Yes. One day my top grossing site (which was on blogger) simply disappeared. I recreated it on my own domain within days, but I still haven't built it up to where it was, and this is months later. Currently down 70% from that period!

I've heard lots of similar stories from others who've sworn off free hosts. Another factor is how much customising you can do in blogger vs on your own hosted account.

Nope. They are not liable if your site goes away. Anyway, I sure wouldn't want to try to sue Google.

Do you have an army of lawyers? I don't. :D

At the top of any page, click "User CP", then click the Edit Profile link on the far left. You can set it up from there by adding your blog's URL.
