any free program converts sql to xml for wordpress?

    i ve been googleing this but everything i found says its free till download and then it require activation so anything you know which is completely free or has 1 month to use for free

    what exactly are you trying to do?
    importing wordpress database?
    if yes , then use PHPMYADMIN to export the old database, and again use PHPmyadmin to import it on new one.
    PHPmyadmin is available in Cpanel(and others).
    pm me if you need assistance in importing.

    you didnt answer me what are you trying to do ?
    import it into wordpress?
    what will you do with that xml file ?
    if you could explain your problem in a bit details, then i believe we will be able to help you more likely.

    Try Navicat Lite:
    http://www.navicat.com/download.html

    There's a Windows, Mac, and Linux build of it. Great program. Allows you to export to just about everything including XML.
