Build Back Links, try to get BL from high PR pages. Submitting articles to article directories is also good in getting some Links
Surprised that no body said this. But try using Craigs List. It can be very effective once you get the hang of it. Just avoid duplicate posts and try to space them out during your work day and post in different places. I also use YouTube along with other video sites, Ebay Classifieds ($10 per post) and Yahoo Answers. I started my new main site in November and currently get about 200 uniques a day and have over 800 backlinks. Just found that out with that website grader thing, never thought it was that many. Oh and one more thing. I just started using soicial bookmarking and news sites. To automate the process sign up for socialposter.com

One another thing also that I couldn't see here:- Use social networking sites like hi5,myspace etc....Don't spam them but create a group and invite friends to join them ... You can name the group under your domain name... What do you think of this guys.
