nice little trick to find out what others are doing.

Ever wanted to figure out what other webmasters are doing as far as how they are doing link building for their site? Well you can use this little tool to find out what is linking to their site:

http://www.online-utility.org/webmaster/backlink_domain_analyzer.jsp

I've found out some very interesting things as what people are doing to seo their sites. For example, I was doing research on a very good paying keyword - acne. The top ranking site I ran the little check on it and found out that the owner was doing lots of article submission, social bookmarking, directory submission, yahoo answers, posting on digital point, and even services he purchased right here on digital point buy/sell forum.

very useful tool. I actually found out a few of my competition is linking to gov and edu sites. I also found out that on my new site, that i have 19 links from 4 different sites while google says i have 0 (because it is new)

Google won't really give you a full picture of links - use Siteexplorer on Yahoo instead...
