Hello Guys, I'm planning to make a video site, getting some video from youtube and put it on a site. is that ok with adsense and youtube or other video site? Do you know how much max and min cpc we can get that kind of site? Thank's
I believe that idea is ok with Adsense TOS. The one thing you have to consider is content matching. You'll want to include a description of each video with enough keywords so that Google's bots can figure out what the page is about to serve relevant ads.
what video topics are you considering? cpc varies by keyword .. as an advertiser I create groups of keywords/themes and Google algo deciphers the content on each website for a match. I would lean towards some type of phrases around education, learning about x topic, etc.
Well the idea is right but you have to add content to your site as well so that relevant ads are shown on your site.
READ THE TOS, it is against the terms of service to use youtube videos strictly for the purpose of adsense ads... people out here have been banned for it.

according to adsense tos its not allowed to use youtube videos as main source of your site contents with adsense
Thanks mnFootball! It might more profitable to add other affiliate products such as music CD's or MP3's from Amazon or other aff programs.
thank's all you guys. I think i will not continue to make a music video site anymore because i dont want my adsense banned. By the way how about the other website using video scripts or youtube clone, they are also using youtube videos.
NOPE, you can't have adsense with video site. They will ban your account if they have no mercy but they will disable your ad serving on that video site domain if they feel pitiful for you. LOl How do I know it? Happened to me after I made $600-700 with them. Also I advise you not to use Adsense because the CPC is dam low and not worth it. Try CPm instead. Hope that help
Latest from adsense is they dont allow it unless you have the right to those videos U know youtube is owned by google-this is their way of stopping people from using adsense to monetise from youtube videos, you may not get banned, but ads to those sites will be disabled, it has already happened to many in this forum
Yea is ok i have that kind of site CTR is good but PPC is low 7-10c But traffic is all that mather in my opinion
hm it also depends on a niche and your optimization, as far as I know it is hard if not impossible to optimize video ads from youtube so all that you can do to ad some text and maybe comments in order to have some relatedf content that will help AdSense with showing related ads and for good optimization in se
