So my account got limited, it wanted me to change pass, secret questions, etc. So I did this, however I'm still limited. Any idea what can be causing this?
If your account is limited then you need to look at the note on what to do to open it. I am sure it wont help to just change pass and sec.question. There are other sorts of Stuff like sending in copy of ID etc etc you have to do. Check your PP account for further instructions. DL
its impossible my friend, coz paypal will ask you also to pass any of your utility bill or identification. or try to call the customer service and ask them about this matter.
Check your resolution center From my experience..they will ask for your 1. Proof ID 2. Proof address Just upload the files to them and let them notify that by email'ing them And wait for them to review your problems.. Maybe it takes time to solve the problems...about 24h or 2 days Good Luck!
You should wait 1-3 business days! I think they have tons of submitted domcuments everyday and can not resolve all of them immediately!
Last month, my Paypal account was limited for review as I crossed over the receiving threshold. In any case, after I submitted all the documents, I received an email from Paypal which states that they have received my documents and within the email, it clearly states Did you receive such an email or get that notice when you submit the documents online ?

That sounds more like your account was closed. Maybe you've done things with your account that were against PayPal's policy.
Notice I didn't have to send documents, so they don't need to verify any documents. My account was fully verified before this. I will call them tomorrow when I get home from school if nothing is solved by then.
