Here is my example of privacy policy: http://www.iphonegold.org/privacy-policy.html I think it covers the cookie requirements.
"in the 20th century people was afraid of the DARK.. in the 21th century people are afraid of the GOOGLE BAN. "
Thanks, my privacy policy already has something similar but after reading this "Your privacy policy should also include information about user options for cookie management." What exactly do they want us to do? Tell people how to control cookies in IE, FF, Opera, Safari etc.? Do we have to specifically mention Google and other 3rd party cookies? It would be nice if google provided a standardised format which we could all use on our privacy pages.
The new TOS is being shown on a rotational basis, which is why many have not seen it yet. I clicked on the "later" option. The page stated that I MUST accept the new TOS by May 15. Just wait until later today, when Jensense will post her usual timely, comprehensive analysis of the new terms. Keep checking here - http://www.jensense.com/ until she puts up her summary of changes, and her interpretation of the changes. She always does an excellent job, and saves us all a lot of time and speculation.
