It says that my account access has been limited and I need to complete the following steps.. ->Add a credit card and enter your Expanded Use Number Then when I try to add the credit card it says.. ->You cannot add a credit card as your account access is limited WTF!! I have tried mailing them numerous times but I did not even get a reply. Any suggestions??
sorry for that my friend, well i say that you should call the paypal in order they can assist you. have you tried to go to your resolution center ???
yeah thats done with me, even to get verified they wont allow you to do so. still didnt find a solution even my account is limited more than 180 ago. Thanks
you better call the customer service for paypal and ask them about this matter, this will really help. im glad that i didn't get any of that problem regarding about you can't get verified.
I had this problem with my account once. It was bloody annoying but I just emailed them once or twice a day till they did something and eventually it sorted itself out. I would try ringing them if I was you.
yes, call them because for sure they can help you. and you can ask them to lift the limitation since you can't verify your account coz its limited even if you want to verify it now. there will be some way of this.
Try to look out at the resolution center.. Maybe you will need to upload some utilities or id proof! Good luck on your case It takes time for PayPal to review your problems mate! all the best!
It seems that PayPal limited my account saying there was a "third-party" on it when I saw that no one even spent any money off of it. They still haven't unlimited my account after a week . Was your account verified?
i got this problem when i logon to my paypal account using another i.p just send them the documents and after sending call them so that it will be solve for less than 24 hours.
If you can make call to paypal than make call...else use contact us link at bottom to contact paypal support.
Yeah my account was verified.. I have posted numerous cases in the resolution center and still no reply. Looks like I will have to call them.

Like my friend problem, his paypal account limited, and it had been 180 days after the date his paypal get limited, because he cant provide the doc which paypal need, he wait it until 180 days, and last weeks he recieved email from paypal, paypal told he eligable to withdraw his money to bank acc, and he try to add a bank acc but after he enter the valid bank acc number and etc. and click add, it says "your paypal was limited and you cant add or remove bank acc" , and then he contact paypal via email (contact us paypal customer service) and the next day paypal was reset his account and he can add a bank account, now he was get his money from his limited paypal account. The good solution is you must contact paypal via email or call them via phone call.
