Hello, recently i was going to purchase their live help software. But:

Their SSL from VeriSign is expired.
They cancelled Hosted live help solution.
Their LiveHelp is not available whole the day.

IS there any problem at OSI Codes Inc. ?

And can you recommend me a php livehelp software?

Except liveperson.. because they require 100$ monthly for each operator seat. ( 4 department means 400$ monthly which is higher than my dedicated server Fees)

    Thanks..

ive used phplive support in the past and it is excellent software. they fixed a security hole several months ago, but the company seems to be coasting downhill.

    Hi,

I to like this program and find all the other pay-by-the-month schemes to be little more than a rip-off.

Unfortunately the competition full purchase options are out of my price range so it looks like I will still go with PHP Live - and I am very satisfied with it as well.

Has anyone had any recent contact with them?

I need some warm fuzzies before I hit the Buy Button.

    Thanks,

    Glen

Did you try to contact them? I think I tried to contact them awhile back, but didn't monitor that communication. The best way is to test out their support system to see if they respond, I guess!
