I have a cpanel hosting account. My site name is ilovemalvika.com and then i added one more domain name contentfully.com...now i see that there is an additional subdomain called contentfully.ilovemalvika.com..why is it so??

And when try to check the AWstats i get the option to choose from ilovemalvika.com and contentfully.ilovemalvika.com..i cant see the stats for contentfully.com..

cPanel works that way.You can check stats by clicking on Subdomains stats and then check contentfully.ilove.com stats.

That's one thing I hate cPanel. If you don't want that, you can go with DirectAdmin. Much better from my experience

cPanel supports subdomains, parked domains and addon domains.

Subdomains are located in a subdirectory: "abcd.main_domain.com" will be under subdirectory "abcd".

Parked domains are located in the main site directory: "parked_domain.com" is in the same directory as "main_domain.com".

Addon domains are located in a subdirectory: "addon_domain.com" will be in a subdirectory called "xyz", the same as the "xyz.main_domain.com" subdomain.

There is a "Subdomain Stats" button under "Subdomain".
