E-mail spammers looking for legit people? What next, rapists looking for volunteers? What proof do you have the e-mail addresses were given understanding they would recieve 3rd party promotional information? Did you save the COPA information per address if any legal issues arise?
Email Spammers = Rapists. Wow. Although when my mailbox collapses due to the sheer weight of the spam I can see your point.
Be carefull with mass emailing, i could get you in trouble if you not are 100% sure that everybody has accepted to get emails with ads. Also first post of yours, that does not give me a good feeling... I think it is better to be safe than sorry in this case....
LOL. Although your post made me laugh a little bit I can only agree with everything you said if no proof can be provided that the emails are legally obtained.
