cms dynamic urls

    how can cms websites cope with dynamic urls. i mean if i want it to write out a different url what do i need to ask an external company to do?

    The latest version of Drupal CMS will turn your dynamic urls into "clean" urls.

    Joomla 1.5 version also has an option for clean urls.
