Very nice and simple design of your blog. The template chosen is very soothing. I would suggest to put more contents. Also, you can add categories to segregate your posts.

1. I think you should try to display more than 1 post per page.
2. The blog theme (i mean 'looks') is nice and soothing, however you could try a 3-column theme thus giving you more options for advertising.
3. In the current theme you're using you have a nice area in the footer for a horizontal banner for advertising.
4. Try using sites like entrecard.com, spottt.com, adgridwork.com, digg.com etc. in order to get more traffic.
