I've used clicksor before but was unsatisfied with their results. I'm curious what you think the best PPC company is out there that accepts paypal. Preferably not places that make you deposit more than $50 as I don't use PPC that much.

Try Bidvertiser although they hardly count clicks..but if you are having high traffic site hopefully you will earn some good amount
bidvertiser count my clicks without any problem.... they dont count clicks when your visitors click the ads but as soon as the target site starts to apear, they close it... so in this case, bidvertiser dont pay you.... i been earning good.... and if he use bidveritser for advertising his site then i think its the best idea as there lowest bid is $0.05....

What is minimum CPC for addistributor? How many publisher you have on the site? Because I don't want to waste $20 on site with no publisher since the $20 will be last forever..xD
The min CPC is 1c/click. You will not have to worry about your $20 lasting forever, in fact you will will have to monitor your 'max cost per day' closely in some channels. If you wanted more info, hit me up!
