I've decided to try some blogging with Clickbank. I created a blog on www.blogger.com about making money online. I am going to write reviews for "make money" products and I've got one question to ask. Is it better to create ONE blog, and put all the reviews for products there(creating many posts)? Or should I create a separate blog for each review with only one post?
If your blog is about Internet Marketing, you might fare better providing unbiased reviews on a lot of different products, as opposed to have a single blog about a single product. When you start breaking into niches you should go with separate blogs. How do you plan on getting traffic to your blog?
thats what I did a few days ago; actually ive had the blog for a while, but im just starting to post on it, link is in my sig if you wanna check it out
Unless you are going to buy a domain name with high pr and put all your reviews on it, it is by far better to have one blog per product you plan to promote
agbeyegbe But I will only have one post in my blog then? because if I am writing a review, I can't post hundreds of posts about one product...
I have had great success with Blogger. Do a combination! Create a blog for each program, plus a blog reviewing all of them and comparing in one place. Remeber your goal is to give visitors as much chance as possible to see your product! Jim ---------------------------
Yeah I had great success with blogger too!! Made $200 today with one blog!! You got any questions Black on how to promote your blog PM me any time!!
you could write different things about the product 1 - review 2 - how it helped you 3 - similar products 4 - an updated post on your earnings using the product 5 - whatever else you can think of
Swerd That's a good idea, but I was thinking about this, and I decided that a single blog with lots of posts is better, then a blog with only few posts about one product. Let's say, I've got a blog about "how to make money online". I can list reviews of hundreds of products, which will boost up my blog in SEs, but if I have many blogs, then it's more complicated to pull them all up in the search engines.
I've been considering getting into using some free blogger blogs as I've noticed some of them are ranking highly on Google for good search terms. My big concern is that Google/Blogger (as they own Blogger) will eventually delete all of the blogs they may consider to be "thin affiliate."
Blogger blogs are great for clickbank, check out this blog It' s a great alternative to landing pages.
You may be using blogger but you have your own domain name and I am not sure if the OP was talking about using a *blogspot.com address rather than getting their own domain. My thoughts are that it would be better if you are using a blog to have it focussed on one topic and then you can write relevant posts and include any related clickbank products. The idea would be to build a useful resource site around that niche area where you could include clickbank or other resources like adsense or other affiliate networks. It really is about thinking longterm and being able to maintain the site easily (if a product is no longer available, you should be able to easily replace it with a similar product link within that niche).
Clickbank + Blogger.com I guess that you think that Google will prefer Blogger.com than your own domain name + wordpress (for instance) ...
just get your own domain and use WordPress. You'll be glad you did. Blogger will cause you nothign but pain.
"make money" niches are very competitive for Google, Yahoo and MSN. Please be aware! No problem if you are a guru.
flip I don't really understand why you think that Blogger will cause me problems I like it. Nice in design, pretty simple to use, has got everything you need.
