    They are offshore companies and have probably been in the offshore buisness the longest. It's a bit pricy, but that's because it's offshore. These are the two companies i recommend.

    i can assure you that the price is reasonable for offshore hosting..
    so far they are the most reliable hoster for warez that i've used / know..
    have a talk with the owner.. maybe he can sort something out for you..
