Okay i always wonder, do you directory owners accept links that link to like viagra selling website? if it's in like health/men's health category? And is there a list of directories that do?

Viagra isn't necessarily spammy, it depends on the quality of the site submitted. It's a fact that impotence etc is a health problem that affects part or all of the family so it should be family safe.
JamieG i fully agree with you! It's a cure for impotence and websites that promote it(at least my ones) have not got anything that is adult content
HI You will find not many directories will accept sites like that if they use paypal because it is against paypal TOS and the directory owners paypal account will be closed or limited if paypal finds links like that in your directory. Thanks Tom Dahne
If my email inbox is any indication of the content on most of those types of sites - they are quite far from being family friendly. I think many hesitate linking to pharmacy type sites as so many are selling counterfeit medications or stuff that is much the same as the snake oil of old. You are in a market segment where many folks would simply rather err on the side of caution than risk promoting a counterfeiter. I don't think there's a list of sites that accept any specific types of sites with the exception of niche directories. You will most likely have to visit the directories and search to see if any other similar sites have already been accepted.
