how can i promote my site ?

i am planing to open a site that people can make free money in it,
i didnt see such site at the network yet so i will say there arent much sites like it,

its an active site that lets you play aginst people in a diffrent way and get money,


now, how can i promote my site (free charge) and get traffic ?
for advertising i dont want to spend money beacuse paying the members is an issue for it self =]



i was thinking of a pre-lunch contest..

A contest sounds good... It's also a newsworthy event so I would write and submit press releases concerning your contest. Just do a web search for 'free press release' sites to find where to submit the press releases to. This will quickly get your site noticed and will give you some back-links as well.

 

Youtube gave away ipods everyday in order to get massive amounts of people to upload videos.

Make sure you have some content. Then start on forums, classified ads, social networking, contest etc.

Join StumbleUpon if you haven't already. If your website looks nice and has something that appeals to people (which it seems to - free money) then it'll get popular.

Forums are also a good way to spread publicity.
