    I can't access youtube either. I thought it may have been Kaspersky but I've tried on 2 different computers and neither work.

    What could be causing this?

    It's bizarre. I can access via AOL browser but not firefox or IE. This is on 2 separate computers with different internet security software. Could it be the router's firewall?
