get loads of backlinks with the same keywords i guess but it will be very hard in just 2 days

if the keyword is competitive, don't expect to get in the top 10 even in a month lol

It is possible when you publish your content with lot of keywords. Then you can digg it or add it to the Netscape social networking. Then it could be possible that your website with those particular keywords comes up in the first page of Google, but it can stay in the first page maybe for 24 hours and not more that.

I do it all the time and I get always good traffic through that strategy.

I am saying my secrets. Would someone pay for that? ;-)

If you will have more than 1000 backlinks appeared for 24 hours google will consider it spam and deindex you

It's just not possible. You can't get top rankings on competitive keywords in such a short time.
Build backlinks and write original content based on your keywords. Be patient.
Results will come in a few weeks to a few months, it depends on the keywords/niche.

 

There are some SEO companies around who claim all sorts of amazing results. I once paid one of them and wasted my money.
Think about the longer term benefits rather than concentrate on the next week.

 

Alright. heres the plan. Grab a gun. Preferablly something small so you can jam it up your shirt. Storm into googles office (Im sure that will be easy) and then demand you be top listing. Easy peasy. Failing that no.

I do not think that is possible. Unless your site has been around (domain age) for quite some time and the keywords you are competing for are extreme low volume or almost null volume search per month.
