I bought a domain from him, asnd after he receives payment, he doens't push the domain.

Buyers and sellers beware of this name and paypal address.

Oh well that's good. Just hope that he didn't take the money out of his account. That happened to me once, I transferred a guy like $50 for this domain, and he took the money out of his account and when I won my case, I only got the $1.21 that was left in the account. :(

It shoudn't matter. You can't have a paypal account without attaching a bank account or credit card, and any bank account or credit card would also be subject to a chargeback. And if there's no money in the bank account, it will go into overdraft, and we should still get our money.

Oh, actually I noticed someone like right below my last post said that lets hope that he has his bank account/credit card on the account. Well just a little heads up, PayPal can't charge the credit card or bank account without permission of the user. Sorry to bring your hopes down :( I honestly wish you luck!

I just can't understand those people who are willing to ruin their rep for just a few hundred dollars?

    Actaully, that's not true.

I've sold something before, and someone charged it back. And even though the funds were removed from my paypal account, paypal replaced the amount from the bank account it was attached to.

I remain optimistic about recovering my money.

I would like to see any additional information the moderators might be able to get from this posters account. IP address, etc.
